What's included in the free trial?
The 7-day free trial includes full access to Professional plan features with 100 credits to test the platform. No credit card required. You can upgrade at any time during or after the trial.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any differences. Extra credits and users can be added immediately.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, annual billing is available with a 15% discount on all plans. Standard: €399/year, Professional: €799/year, Scale: €1,499/year. The discount is applied when you choose annual billing and pay upfront.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can purchase extra credits at €0.10 per credit. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits, and you can set up auto-top up to ensure uninterrupted service.
How does user pricing work?
Each plan includes a specific number of users. Additional users can be added at a monthly cost that varies by plan: €9/user for Standard, €6/user for Professional, and €4/user for Scale.
